There are three main reasons women book an experience with me. They are feeling disconnected from their femininity, their confidence or their sensuality.

And I understand where they are coming from. The world is hectic these days. We often don’t give ourselves opportunities to slow down and drink it all in. The constant demands of modern life often leave us feeling overwhelmed and out of touch with ourselves.

But what if there was a way to reclaim our sense of balance through presence, pleasure and play? What if tapping into our sensuality served as a gateway to nurturing our roots and regulating our overstimulated nervous systems?

By reconnecting with our sensuality, we tap into a well of ancient knowledge that has been passed down through generations. Sensuality isn’t just about sex —it’s about honouring the innate wisdom of our bodies and reclaiming our power in a world that often seeks to suppress it.

Here are three daily practices that have helped my clients massively to reconnect with their sensuality:

  1. (Presence) Cultivating Inner Safety: Start by prioritizing nervous system regulation through conscious breaths, inhaling through your nose and then releasing extended exhales. Sighing can help to release tension from your jaw. Check in with yourself 3 times during the day, noticing without trying to fix or change anything how you are feeling. After this check in take 2 more minutes to appreciate things that make you feel safe, grounded or that bring you comfort. Mentally note what your can see, touch, smell or hear.
  2. (Pleasure) Exploring Sensory Experiences: Slowwww way down! Experiment with things like savouring a delicious meal, indulging in sensual touch through self-massage or skincare routines, or immersing yourself in scents that make you feel like the goddess that you are!
  3. (Play) Embracing Erotic Expression: Cultivate a positive relationship with your sexuality by exploring your desires and fantasies in a safe and non-judgmental space. This could involve journaling about your erotic desires, experimenting with sensual dance or movement.

Remember, this journey of reconnecting with sensuality is deeply personal, and it’s essential to listen to your own body and intuition along the way. By embracing sensuality as a pathway to authenticity and self-expression, we can reclaim our power and cultivate a life that feels truly fulfilling and aligned.
